and song two is this is not song three so it’s already totally written. i think i’m gonna go a more traditional route with writing this album, by actually writing all of the songs acoustically before bringing them into the studio. the way i usually write is to record and write in tandem, allowing the studio and computers to influence what choices i make. it’ll be interesting — and maybe even refreshing — to try doing it this way.

I keep feeling the push to work on this new record, but I’m trying to take a break from that.
Don’t expect another record from me for a long time. I’m focusing on Lovably Grey right now.
